Meet Milo.
I built Fox Fitness PDX because I needed it to exist.
As a gay man, I spent years in fitness spaces that weren't built for me. The bro culture. The unsolicited advice. The feeling that my goals — wanting to look good, feel confident, and protect my body for the long haul — didn't quite fit into anyone's program.
So I created one.
Why I Do This
I lost my father when I was 16. Movement became my way through it — the one thing that made me feel like I had some control when everything else was chaos.
Years later, working as an EMT, I watched people lose their health to preventable problems. Not because they didn't care, but because no one met them where they were. No one gave them a plan that actually fit their life.
That stuck with me. It's why I became a trainer, and it's why I work the way I do now — one-on-one, no shortcuts, built around you.
Who I Work With
I primarily work with gay men over 30 who want to build the physique they're after without wrecking their joints getting there. Guys who are past the point of wanting a drill sergeant — they want a trainer who understands their goals, their body, and their life.
That might mean prepping for Pride, rebuilding confidence after stepping away from the gym, navigating fitness alongside PrEP or hormone therapy, or just wanting to feel strong and capable at 40, 50, and beyond.
Whatever brought you here — your goals are valid. I'm not here to judge them. I'm here to help you hit them.
The Credentials
I keep my client roster intentionally small. This isn't a volume business — it's a focused, one-on-one partnership where you get my full attention, a program designed specifically for your body, and real support between sessions through your private training app.
Portland, Home.
I've lived in Portland for five years and train clients in the Pearl District and Slabtown — at my private studio, in your apartment gym, or virtually. When I'm not coaching, I'm probably cooking something ambitious, exploring a trail, or getting dragged around the block by my dog, Henry, who has zero respect for leash etiquette.
Let's Talk.
